Payment

All amounts on acousticsbydampa.com is given in Euro (EUR), these including taxes and delivery in Denmark and Germany unless anything else is stated, and not including non-connected islands, Greenland and the Faroe Islands.  

It is possible to pay with: Visa Card and MasterCard. There is no transactional fees undless anything else is stated.

The purchase amount will not be drawn from your account until the goods has been shipped, unless anything has been agreed upon or is stated in your order.

We use a safe payment server.

 

Delivery

We only ship to private addresses in Denmark and Germany. The delivery time will normally be 2-5 workdays. If ordering in weekends and/or holidays your order will be shipped on the first workday. 

Should there on any circumstances be a longer delivery time, we will notify you on the email you provided.

Alle goods are sent via Postnord.

Return

When ordering a product from acousticsbydampa.com you have 14 days, from when you receive your order, to let us know that you wish to return your order. Please notify us at hello@dampa.dk.

At acousticsbydampa.com, you cover the return costs yourself. You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Upon return, you are responsible for the goods being packed securely. You bear the risk of the item up to the time of delivery of the item. It is possible to reuse the packaging from us. The absence of original packaging may represent a decrease in value, so to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in the original packaging. Enclose a copy of the order confirmation or clearly state which order number it is regarding.

Right of cancellation

You have 14 days right of cancellation when you shop at acousticsbydampa.com. The cancellation period expires 14 days after you have received your product(s). You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. In your notice, please make clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.  You cannot undo by simply denying receipt of the item without giving us clear notice of this. Refund of purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid back. In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, the amount of the purchase will be deducted. If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, not including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will carry out such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have submitted, before then, proof of return.

You cover the return costs yourself.

You can also cancel the purchase by providing clear notice and handing it in personally at the above address, against prior agreement.

Complaints

Deficiency rules of the purchasing law can be applied to purchases of goods. When you shop at acousticsbydampa.com you have 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behaviour. You must advertise within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you contact us about this within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the claim is warranted, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to obtain a shipment receipt so that we can repay your shipping costs. When you return the item, please provide information about what the defect is.

Personal data

When you buy a product and supply information, we receive this data. We treat this data safe and confidentially. You personal information will only be used and stored for their stated purpose. We use a third party for processing some of the given information, this e.g. for freight, which is not developed by DAMPA ApS. We have data processing agreements with all partners guaranteeing they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.
