We deliver goods ordered on acousticsbydampa.com to private addresses in Denmark and Germany. For delivery to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and non-bridge islands, as well as other EU countries, a specific agreement must be made in advance.

The delivery time for your order is usually 2-5 business days after we have received your order. For orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM, we strive to ship the item the same day.

For orders placed on weekends, holidays, and public holidays, the item will be shipped on the next business day. In special cases where there is an extended delivery time, we will notify you via the email
address you provided.

All items are delivered by GLS or TNT to private addresses.

Transport Damages

Upon delivery, you should always inspect all packages for visible transport damages before signing for the receipt. Any damages should be noted on the consignment note with the headline: Order received with reservations for damages.

If it is visible upon delivery that the product is damaged corresponding to the damage on the packaging, you should refuse to accept the items and subsequently inform Acoustics by DAMPA at hello@dampa.dk.

It would be very helpful for us if damages to the packaging and items are documented with photos. The items may have sustained damage that is not visible on the packaging. Therefore, unpack your items as soon as possible and inspect them.

If there is damage that could not be seen on the packaging, please notify Acoustics by DAMPA immediately, also with a photo of the specific damage, as it may be difficult for the consumer to prove that it is a transport damage if reported late.

Note that if you have chosen for the item to be left in, for example, a garage or carport, it is the recipient's own responsibility if a package has been damaged.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. If you have purchased multiple items, you can choose to only withdraw from part of the delivery. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:

• Receive your item or the person you have chosen receives it.
• If you have ordered multiple items from us and the items are not delivered simultaneously, your withdrawal period only starts from the receipt of the last item in the order.

If the withdrawal period expires on a closed day, the period is extended to the next business day.

Payment

DAMPA ApS accepts online payments with Google Pay, Apple Pay, Dankort, Visa, and MasterCard.

We do not apply any transaction fees to your purchase unless otherwise stated. All amounts stated on acousticsbydampa.com/da-dk are in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and including delivery costs within all of Denmark, except for non-bridged islands, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands unless otherwise stated.

When navigating on acousticbydampa.com or acousticbydampa.com/de, the prices are stated in Euros (EUR).

The payment for the order will only be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
